International Women's Day 2023

The theme of International Women's Day 2023 is 'Crack the code – Innovation for a gender equal future'. 'Cracking the Code' highlights the critical roles that bold ideas, inclusive technologies, and accessible education play in combatting discrimination and marginalisation of women.

By showcasing the work of some of AOA’s skilled, passionate, and determined female members, we hope to continue providing great role models for future generations of Australia’s medical workforce and support gender representation in orthopaedics.
