Welcome to the gateway to the AOA 21 program information, regulations, policies and resources, applicable for those who commenced training in 2018 or later. 

A broader range of training materials is available via the AOA Learning Management System, which is increasingly the primary platform for program information, for trainees in particular. 

This webpage is maintained as a complementary information hub for supervisors, training settings and others involved in supporting the program.

The training program handbook provides a comprehensive overview of the AOA 21 Training Program, including program structure, stage requirements, assessment processes, teaching and learning opportunities.

AOA’s policies are complemented by the AOA Ethical Framework, which provides a shared set of principles and values to support ethical conduct for all AOA members, including trainees.

Outline mutual expectations and responsibilities between the trainee and the AOA Federal Training Committee and are signed annually throughout the duration of training.
