Changes to the AOA website login process, August 2026

To maintain strong cybersecurity and improve the experience of accessing protected webpages and documents, the process of logging in to the AOA website will be updated 12 August 2026.

The screen you see when you log in may look different to the page you've seen before. New options for logging in will become available but are not mandatory. If you have not logged in in the past six months, you will be prompted to set up a new password.
