On behalf of the myself, my partner Andrew and the Vic Branch AOA, I look forward to welcoming you Melbourne for AOA ASM 2023 – Rural Surgery – Build it and they will come.
We are delighted to be able to showcase Melbourne, a historic, cultural, sporting and entertaining city surrounded by stunning beaches, lakes and bushland and interspersed with magnificent parks and gardens.
With many award-winning restaurants and tourist attractions, you will be provided with ample opportunity to enjoy some sight-seeing and engage in social events.
The Scientific programme, to be convened by Scientific Secretary Ken Cutbush, will provide an informative, challenging and high-quality programme, provoking discussion and driving ongoing advancement of Orthopaedic care in Australia.
With the ever-competent event co-ordination skills of Alison Fallon, we aim to create an event to be proud of.
We wholeheartedly thank the entire organising committee for their dedication in ensuring the ASM remains one of the highly regarded educational and social event in our calendar.
