We are delighted to welcome you soon to APOA2025 and greatly appreciate your contribution to the Pre-Workshop program which is scheduled for Wednesday 9 April 2025.
As a speaker in the Pre-congress workshops, please take the time to review the important details below.
APOA2025 Pre-Workshop Program & Venue
Please ensure you check the specific Pre-Workshop Program you are participating in to confirm your presentation session times
Venue: Cairns Convention Centre, Mezzanine Level
Foot and Ankle - Room M4
Trauma - Room M5
Knee - Room M6
Hip - Room M7
Attire: Business Attire

Presentation Requirements
All PowerPoint presentations must be in widescreen (16:9) format to optimise display quality.
To adjust in PowerPoint: File > Page Setup > Slides Sized For: ‘On-screen Show (16:9)’.
Apple users:Please note that Keynote is not supported at this Congress.
We discourage the use of custom fonts.
If your presentation includes embedded videos, refer to Microsoft’s guide for embedding videos into PowerPoint.

Please adhere to your allocated presentation time.
A countdown timer will be visible during your talk via the PowerPoint presenter view window
Disclosure Policy
All speakers must include the APOA Declaration of Interests slide as the second slide of their presentation.
This slide must remain on-screen for at least five seconds.

Presentation Upload
All presenters must upload their presentations with the AV technician in the assigned Pre-Congress Workshop Room.
Please ensure you upload an hour before the workshops commence, presentations cannot be uploaded while the session is running.
The AV Technician will be in the pre-workshop rooms awaiting your arrival to upload your presentations:
Foot and Ankle - 7.00am
Hip - 7.30am
Knee - 8.00am
Trauma - 8.00am
You must upload your presentation on a USB drive. At the lectern, you can access presenter notes and a laser pointer/clicker.
