We are pleased to announce the upcoming 2025 AOA/AMLC Combined Medico-Legal Meeting, scheduled to take place from August 6 to 10, 2025, at the InterContinental Resort in Fiji. This event represents a collaborative effort between the Australian Medico Legal Society and the Australian Medico-Legal College (AMLC), aiming to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and professional development in the medico-legal field.​

In conjunction with this meeting, the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME) will be conducting the AMA Guides Fifth Edition Training and Certification Program at the same venue. This program offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to enhance proficiency in the application of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Fifth Edition. Participants will have the opportunity to pursue certification, thereby demonstrating their expertise in this critical area.​
