Following on from our successful 2025 ASM and February papers day, we are delighted to announce our return to the South West for the iconic AOAWA Bunker Bay Meeting in 2026-once again taking over the entire resort for what promises to be a truly memorable gathering.
This year marks Peter’s final meeting as Scientific Secretary, and he is looking forward to delivering an evolved format. For the first time, the program will extend across the full weekend into Sunday, with a refreshed and dynamic scientific offering. Expect new and engaging sessions, including instructional course lectures and expert panel discussions designed to challenge thinking and foster meaningful exchange.
As always, the meeting will extend beyond the lecture theatre, with opportunities to connect through golf, surfing and cycling for those so inclined-embracing the unique setting that makes Bunker Bay so special. There will also be plenty on offer for families, with fun activities and excellent access to great food – making it an ideal weekend away for all. Our evening social events will provide the perfect chance to connect in a more relaxed and informal setting.
In keeping with our commitment to outreach and service, this year’s donations will support Zonta House Refuge Association, an essential service providing refuge and support for vulnerable women in our community.
We look forward to welcoming you back to the South West for what promises to be a fitting and memorable meeting – and a fantastic weekend together.
