Dear Colleague
It is with disappointment that I advise you today (Thursday 27 April) the scheduled 2023AOTS 2-3 June 2023 will be postponed.    The reason for this is due to the very low registrations and abstract submissions received to date.   The meeting will be rescheduled to 2024 and we hope that once the dates are advertised that you add to your diary ASAP.
We had invited Hiro Minehara from Japan to be our keynote guest speaker – I will endeavour to engage him to delay his visit and present at the AOA ASM in November as one of the AOTS guest speaker.
I would like to take this opportunity to highlight the importance of registering for an event asap. Please do not wait until 4 weeks prior to event as this makes the convenors and event organisers very nervous about how many will attend and hence making the hard decision in postponing an event.  Look forward to seeing you at the AOA ASM in November.
