Paper or facsimile copies will not be accepted.

Abstract/poster submissions must be received electronically via the online form by midnight (AEST) on Friday 31 July 2026.

All submissions must include a declaration of interest – refer to the online form.

JOURNAL PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITY

All abstracts submitted that meet the required guidelines and review standards will be published in the Asia-Pacific Journal of Clinical Oncology via Wiley Online Library, providing authors with a credible, citable, and globally accessible platform for their work. Publication in APJCO ensures dissemination to an international audience of clinicians, researchers, and academics, increasing the visibility and impact of your research within the oncology community. IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ABSTRACT/POSTER

The abstract must not exceed 400 words (excluding title, authors and institution), refer online form.

Presenter Guidelines (by submitting an abstract you agree to the following):

  • ANZSA relies on speakers’ integrity to present oral and visual material of appropriate content.  Material presented in slides must conform to this code of respect.
  • ANZSA reserves the right to remove conference information and/or to prohibit a presenter from presenting at an AOCEM Event if the content of the presenter’s conference information does not adhere to these requirements.
  • ANZSA does not endorse the use of ‘humorous’ material involving nudity or sexist commentary, and warns speakers that slides with material deemed inappropriate will not be aired
