I have elected to attend this event organised by Hunter Orthopaedic Society on a voluntarily basis;

I understand that my participation in any sport or social activities related to the event may involve risks. I acknowledge I participate in these activities at my own risk. I will not start or continue these activities if I am unsure about the risks or not prepared to accept them.

To the full extent permitted by law, I release, waive and discharge Hunter Orthopaedic Society/ AOA Conference and Events Management Trust for any injury or damage I cause to any person or to any property or that I sustain myself during any sport or social activity related to this event, howsoever caused.

 

 

Privacy policy


Hunter Orthopaedic Society is committed to maintaining the privacy of its members, suppliers, conference delegates and other individuals who interact with Hunter Orthopaedic Society.

Hunter Orthopaedic Society will be taking photos at this event. These images may be used in AOA/Hunter Orthopaedic Society internal publications and published on the AOA/Hunter Orthopaedic Society website and AOA/Hunter Orthopaedic Society social media pages. They will be stored securely until they are of no further use, after which they will be deleted.

 

 

Cancellation


Registration cancellations must be made in writing to AOA Conference and Events Executive Manager. Conference Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the conference receive a full refund. No refund will be given for cancellations received within 30 days of the conference.
