One of the fundamental reasons for Homo Sapiens as a species to have progressed as the dominant species amongst innumerable others, is the trait it demonstrated early on to travel on untrodden paths!
We, at APAS, hold this trait dear to our hearts. The true meaning of expanding the boundaries of education is to ensure that geographical areas which are not routinely selected for major educational events are not left out.
It is in this spirit that we have collaborated with our colleagues from Philippines to conduct the next APAS annual meeting in Cebu, Philippines during August 21 to 23, 2023. We invite all of you to participate in the event. We assure you of an engaging educational program which will add to your knowledge and expertise in arthroplasty. Our scientific chair, Dr Rami Sorial, is already working to create a subject content which will deliver on every aspect of the science of arthroplasty, and more!
Philippines is a beautiful country, and I am sure that over and above the academics the 23rd annual meeting of Asia Pacific Arthroplasty Society will offer everyone a chance to enjoy the hospitality of our friends from Philippines, and indeed the mutual camaraderie which we all value!
